Sir Handel is one of the engines on the Narrow Gauge Railway. He is one of the older engines, and is also arrogant. He hates working with the trucks, and they will taunt him and try to derail him. Sir Handel will not do jobs that he believes are "beneath him," but he still has a kind heart.

- He was originally named Falcon, but was named after the Narrow Gauge's first owner: Sir Handel Brown.
- In the original Railway Series, he was painted red upon arriving at the Narrow Gauge.
